Free Online Recovery Assessment: Share Your Invoice, Get an Honest Answer

You do not need to visit an office or sit through a long meeting to find out whether your unpaid invoice can be recovered. FundRaksha's online assessment works from the documents you already have on your phone: photograph the invoice, forward the buyer's messages, and a recovery expert comes back with an assessment. It is free, and it works the same from a metro or a district town.

Short answer

Send the unpaid invoice, proof of delivery and the buyer's messages on WhatsApp or through /contact. A recovery expert reviews them, calls you to clarify anything, and gives a written view: recoverable or not, the recommended route, a timeline, and the cost (nothing upfront, 30% on recovery). The whole process is remote and takes about one working day.

How the online assessment works

  1. Send documents. Photos or PDFs of the invoice, PO, challan or e-way bill, and screenshots of the buyer's messages. Any format is fine.
  2. Short call. The expert calls to fill gaps: credit period, Udyam status, any cheque, any dispute.
  3. Assessment. You receive the recoverability view, route and cost in writing on WhatsApp or email.
  4. Your decision. Proceed, gather more documents, or do nothing. There is no follow-up pressure.

Why online works for recovery

Recovery runs on documents, and documents travel well. Notices are sent as e-notices and by registered post, Facilitation Council and court filings are largely electronic, and advocates appear wherever the matter is heard. A supplier in Morbi, Siliguri or Hosur gets the same assessment and the same advocate team as one in Mumbai. Where a matter is heard locally, FundRaksha Legal's advocates attend.

If you proceed

If you decide to go ahead, a dedicated advocate is assigned within 24 hours of your complete documents and the legal notice goes out as an e-notice, followed by registered post. Nothing is charged upfront. If you proceed, FundRaksha Legal charges 30% only on the amount actually recovered; if nothing is recovered there is no success fee. Court fees, where a matter is filed, are borne by you and told to you in advance. Try the recovery fee calculator to see what you keep, and the limitation period calculator to check your dates before you send the documents.
