Any business in India can get free, no-obligation debt recovery advice from FundRaksha by phone, WhatsApp or video, in English, Hindi or a regional language. The advice covers your legal position, the route (notice, MSME Samadhaan before your state's Council, Section 138, summary suit or arbitration), the local courts, a timeline and the cost: nothing upfront, 30% on recovery.
The same law, applied locally
The MSMED Act, the Negotiable Instruments Act, the Civil Procedure Code and the Limitation Act apply everywhere. What changes is where your case is heard and how long it takes: each state has its own Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council (see the state pages), each city its own magistrate and civil court complexes (see the city pages), and each trade its own habits. The advice you receive reflects your state and city, not a generic template.
Advice for different kinds of business
| Business | What the advice usually covers |
|---|---|
| Manufacturer or job-worker (MSME) | MSMED Act interest, acceptance dates, Samadhaan in your state |
| Trader or wholesaler | Running accounts, cheques and Section 138, summary suits, limitation |
| Service firm or agency | Contract and acceptance proof, arbitration clauses, notice strategy |
| Contractor or sub-contractor | Certification, retention, arbitration, MSME route |
| Distributor or stockist | Credit notes, reconciliation, agreement terms |
| Exporter | Governing law, payment terms, enforcement abroad |
How to get the advice
- Call +91 89777 89200, message on WhatsApp, or use /contact. Mention your state, your trade and your language preference.
- Share the invoice and the buyer's messages if you have them handy.
- A recovery expert calls back the same working day and gives the advice on the call, with a written summary on request.
The advice is free and there is no obligation to do anything with it.
If you act on it
If you decide to go ahead, a dedicated advocate is assigned within 24 hours of your complete documents and the legal notice goes out as an e-notice, followed by registered post. FundRaksha Legal's advocates appear wherever the matter is heard, from the Bihar Council to the Kerala courts. Nothing is charged upfront. If you proceed, FundRaksha Legal charges 30% only on the amount actually recovered; if nothing is recovered there is no success fee. Court fees, where a matter is filed, are borne by you and told to you in advance.
