2. Eligibility & Access

You must be 18 years of age or older, a legal resident of India, and have appropriate licenses and permissions to use our Services. Verification of your identity and business is mandatory as part of our KYC and underwriting process.

• Submit truthful, up-to-date documentation
• Cooperate with compliance checks
• Services may be suspended for non-compliance

3. Use of Services

• Use only for lawful purposes
• Do not store sensitive cardholder data
• Comply with PCI-DSS, RBI and other regulations
• Provide accurate business information

4. Confidentiality

All non-public information, business processes, data, and customer information you access through our Services must be treated as confidential.

Do not disclose confidential info to third parties without written consent.

5. Settlement Terms

Settlements are processed within T+3 bank days after transaction confirmation. FundRaksha deducts applicable fees and taxes.

• Invoices are raised monthly
• Invoice disputes must be raised within 30 days
• Free credits expire after 3 months

6. Prohibited Services

You may not use FundRaksha for the following:

• Adult or pornographic content
• Drugs or unregulated medical sales
• Counterfeit goods, gambling, or weapons
• Cryptocurrencies, scams, or hacking tools
• Any activity violating Indian or international law

7. Representations and Warranties

You warrant that all your submitted data is accurate, you are compliant with applicable law, and you won’t misuse FundRaksha’s platform or intellectual property.

8. Exclusion of Warranties

Services are provided on an “as-is” basis. We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service. Use is at your own risk.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify FundRaksha for any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or applicable laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount of the transaction value.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for service interruptions due to uncontrollable events such as natural disasters, war, pandemics, or regulatory issues.

12. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Telangana, India. Transaction-related disputes must be reported within 120 days.
