Message FundRaksha on WhatsApp with a line about the unpaid payment and forward the invoice and the buyer's messages. A recovery expert reviews them and replies with questions, then an assessment: recoverable or not, the route, the timeline and the cost (nothing upfront, 30% on recovery). A call is arranged only if you want one. Free and without obligation.
How to start
- Open WhatsApp and message +91 89777 89200 (or use the WhatsApp button on this site).
- Write one or two lines: who owes you, how much, since when.
- Forward or attach: a photo of the invoice, the PO or order message, delivery proof, and the buyer's chat about payment.
- Mention whether you are Udyam-registered and whether any cheque bounced.
That is enough for a first assessment. The expert replies during working hours; messages sent at night are answered the next morning.
Why the buyer's WhatsApp chat matters
Messages in which the buyer places the order, confirms receipt, promises payment or asks for time are evidence of the contract, the delivery and the admission of the debt. A promise to pay can qualify as a written acknowledgement that extends the three-year limitation period. The expert reads the chat for these points and tells you which messages to preserve. Export the chat (with media) from WhatsApp and keep it; do not delete the thread.
What you receive on WhatsApp
| Message from the expert | Content |
|---|---|
| Clarifying questions | Credit period, acceptance, Udyam status, cheque details |
| Assessment | Recoverable or not, strength of proof, any urgent deadline |
| Route and timeline | Notice, MSME Samadhaan, Section 138, summary suit or arbitration; realistic durations |
| Cost | Nothing upfront; 30% of what is recovered; court fees if any, disclosed |
| Next steps | Documents to gather, and how to engage if you choose to |
From WhatsApp to action
If you decide to proceed, you share the full documents on the same thread and sign a short engagement. If you decide to go ahead, a dedicated advocate is assigned within 24 hours of your complete documents and the legal notice goes out as an e-notice, followed by registered post. Updates on the notice, the buyer's response and the negotiation come on WhatsApp too. Nothing is charged upfront. If you proceed, FundRaksha Legal charges 30% only on the amount actually recovered; if nothing is recovered there is no success fee. Court fees, where a matter is filed, are borne by you and told to you in advance.
