FundRaksha Legal: 30% of the amount actually recovered, invoiced after you receive it; court fees at actuals. The comparison column uses the retainer and hearing figures you enter and assumes they are payable whether or not money is recovered.

Short answer

FundRaksha Legal charges 30% of the amount actually recovered, nothing upfront and nothing if nothing is recovered. Court fees, if a matter is filed, are at actuals and disclosed before filing. On ₹5,00,000 recovered in full, the fee is ₹1,50,000 and you receive ₹3,50,000.

Why a success fee

A success fee puts the agency on your side: we are paid only when you are. Retainers and per-hearing fees are payable whether or not money comes in, and they discourage early settlement. Across 700+ businesses paid, the success model has cost clients less than hourly billing would have. See no recovery, no fee explained.

Can the fee be recovered from the buyer?

Interest and costs are claimed from the buyer in the notice and any filing; Councils and courts award costs at their discretion. Our fee remains a percentage of what is actually recovered.
