Short answer

FundRaksha HR gives Gurugram employers GPS check-in on employees' own phones (only inside the office radius, one phone per employee), leave, shift rosters and a payroll that computes PF, ESI, PT at nil and TDS, with payslip PDFs and PF ECR, ESI, bank and Tally files. Haryana profession tax: none on salaries that we could find. Plans cost ₹49, ₹79 or ₹99 per employee per month plus GST, with a 30-day free trial.

Gurugram's workforce and its HR problems

IT and consulting, auto and auto components, real estate and construction, startups, and staffing and facility management are the city's main employers. Facility firms may have staff at a dozen client buildings; Manesar suppliers run shifts for the auto majors.

Haryana has no profession tax on salaries that we could find, but it does have a labour welfare fund under the Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1965, and Shops and Commercial Establishments Act registration on hrylabour.gov.in.

  • Staff at many client buildings, each with its own timings
  • Supervisors marking attendance for a whole team
  • Large ESI-covered payrolls with high turnover
  • Haryana LWF missed because it is annual

Haryana payroll rules for a Gurugram employer

We could not find any profession tax levied on salaried employees in Haryana, so Haryana payroll normally runs with PT at nil. Staff based in other states follow their own state's PT.

Labour welfare fund. Haryana does have a labour welfare fund. Contributions are paid under section 9A of the Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1965, and the Labour Department asked establishments to pay the dues before 31 January 2026, so expect a January deadline each year. Track it outside payroll: LWF is not among FundRaksha HR's listed files.

Shops and establishments. The Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1958 applies in Haryana, with online registration under the E-Services menu of hrylabour.gov.in. The four Labour Codes have been in force since 21 November 2025; state Shops and Establishments Acts continue alongside them.

ESI covers employees earning up to ₹21,000 a month (employee 0.75%, employer 3.25%); PF is 12% from each side. Check cases with the PF and ESI calculators.

How FundRaksha HR handles it in Gurugram

  • Each client building set up as a location with its own GPS radius
  • One phone locked per employee, so supervisors cannot mark others present
  • PF ECR and ESI files, bank transfer CSV and payslip PDFs from one run
  • Full and final settlements supported by clean attendance and leave records

Admins work from the mobile app or the web console, and PAN, Aadhaar and bank numbers are encrypted and masked.

Worked example: a facility management firm with 150 staff

A facility firm has 150 housekeeping and security staff across 12 client buildings, earning ₹12,000 to ₹18,000, all within ESI, and 10 office staff. Each building is a location; a guard can check in only inside the radius of the building he is posted to.

On Pro at ₹79 per employee (₹12,640 a month plus GST for 160 people), payroll produces PF ECR and ESI files with PT at nil. The Haryana LWF contribution, due around January, is paid separately.

Getting started: a one-week checklist

  1. Import employees from Excel and invite them with your company code.
  2. Add each Gurugram office, plant or site with its GPS radius.
  3. Set attendance rules, holidays, week-offs and shifts.
  4. Enter salary structures and confirm the Haryana PT treatment on a test month.
  5. Run payroll, check payslips, then download the PF ECR, ESI, bank and Tally files.
