Tell us a time window on a working day and whether you want phone, WhatsApp or video. We confirm the slot and the expert joins on time. The consultation is free, lasts 20 to 40 minutes depending on the number of invoices, and ends with a route, a timeline and the cost (nothing upfront, 30% on recovery).
When a scheduled video consultation makes sense
- Several invoices or several buyers to go through at once
- A reconciliation dispute where the ledger needs to be shared on screen
- A board or partnership that must agree before any notice is sent
- A contractor or distributor matter with contracts, retention clauses or agreements to review
- An exporter with foreign-currency invoices and shipping documents
For a single overdue invoice, a phone call is usually enough and can happen sooner.
How scheduling works
- Message +91 89777 89200 on WhatsApp or use /contact and say "schedule a consultation" with two or three time windows.
- We confirm one slot and send a video link if you chose video.
- Share documents in advance if you can; they are reviewed before the slot.
- At the slot, the expert joins; where a legal point needs an advocate, one is available.
- A written summary of the recommendation follows on request.
Agenda for the scheduled call
| Minutes | Topic |
|---|---|
| 0 to 5 | Who owes what, since when, and the relationship with the buyer |
| 5 to 15 | Documents: PO, invoices, delivery proof, acceptance, correspondence |
| 15 to 25 | Assessment: proof, admission, solvency, limitation |
| 25 to 35 | Route, timeline and cost; questions from your team |
| 35 to 40 | Next steps and documents to gather |
Nothing is charged upfront. If you proceed, FundRaksha Legal charges 30% only on the amount actually recovered; if nothing is recovered there is no success fee. Court fees, where a matter is filed, are borne by you and told to you in advance.
After the scheduled consultation
You decide at your own pace. If you decide to go ahead, a dedicated advocate is assigned within 24 hours of your complete documents and the legal notice goes out as an e-notice, followed by registered post. If you are in a sector with its own patterns, the expert will have read the relevant background, for example construction retention, pharma distribution or staffing and facility services. To estimate statutory interest before the call, try the MSME interest calculator.
