Book by calling +91 89777 89200, by WhatsApp, or through the form at /contact. You get a confirmation and a callback the same working day. The consultation is free and without obligation; if you proceed, a dedicated advocate is assigned within 24 hours and the fee is 30% of the amount recovered, nothing upfront.
Three ways to book
| Method | How | What to include |
|---|---|---|
| Phone | Call +91 89777 89200 on a working day | Your name, business, the approximate amount and how old the dues are |
| Message the same number | The same details; attach the invoice if handy | |
| Web form | Fill in /contact | Name, phone, business, a line about the dues |
Whichever you choose, you receive a confirmation and a time window for the callback. If you have a preferred time or language, say so.
Between booking and the call
A recovery expert is assigned and reads what you sent. If you attached an invoice or messages, they are reviewed before the call so the conversation starts with substance. You may receive a short WhatsApp message asking one or two clarifying questions, for example whether you are Udyam-registered or whether a cheque was involved, so the right advocate can be consulted if needed.
Ten-minute preparation
- Pull out the oldest and the largest unpaid invoice, and note the due dates.
- Find the purchase order or order confirmation, or the WhatsApp message in which the buyer placed the order.
- Find proof of delivery or completion: signed challan, e-way bill, courier POD, acceptance email.
- Scroll through your chat and email with the buyer and note any message where they accepted the dues or promised payment.
- Check your Udyam certificate and, for a bounced cheque, the date on the bank return memo.
That is all. The expert handles the rest. See what to bring for the full list.
What you will have when the call ends
- A clear view of whether the debt is recoverable and how strong your proof is
- The recommended route: reminders, legal notice, MSME Samadhaan, Section 138, summary suit or arbitration
- A realistic timeline for each stage
- The exact cost: Nothing is charged upfront. If you proceed, FundRaksha Legal charges 30% only on the amount actually recovered; if nothing is recovered there is no success fee. Court fees, where a matter is filed, are borne by you and told to you in advance.
- A list of any documents to gather before the notice goes
If you decide to go ahead, a dedicated advocate is assigned within 24 hours of your complete documents and the legal notice goes out as an e-notice, followed by registered post. Businesses in any city can book; see for example payment recovery in Pune or in Ahmedabad, or your state page.
