No. About 60% of our cases settle before anything is filed, through the notice, negotiation and a payment plan. The rest go to MSME Samadhaan, a Section 138 complaint, a civil suit or arbitration, handled by the same advocate.

No recovery, no fee ka matlab hai ki aapko pehle koi fee nahi deni, aur recovery company ki fee sirf us amount ka ek percentage hai jo asal me recover hua. Maan lijiye aapka ₹10 lakh atka hai. Aap case dete hain, koi advance nahi. Advocate notice bhejta hai, buyer ₹10 lakh de deta hai. Aapko milta hai ₹7 lakh, fee ₹3 lakh. Agar buyer sirf ₹4 lakh de aur baaki kabhi na aaye, to fee sirf ₹4 lakh ka 30%, yaani ₹1.2 lakh.
