Short answer

Payment recovery is a ladder, not a single step. FundRaksha Collect sends WhatsApp, SMS and email reminders and collects through UPI Autopay or NACH for a 1% success fee. When a buyer ignores reminders, FundRaksha Legal assigns an advocate, sends a legal notice within 24 hours, negotiates and files if needed, for a 30% fee on recovery only. 60% of legal cases settle before court.

Three stages of payment recovery, one company

Most providers do one thing. A reminder app stops when the buyer ignores it. A collection agent stops when the buyer says no. A lawyer starts only when you have already lost months. FundRaksha covers all three stages so nothing falls between them.

What makes a payment recovery company No.1

We make the claim and we put the numbers next to it: 1,000+ businesses onboarded, 700+ paid, ₹50 Cr+ handled, 60% settled before court. But the test of any recovery company is how it is paid. FundRaksha Legal takes 30% of what is recovered and nothing upfront, so our interest is exactly yours: money in your account, as fast as possible, at the lowest stage of the ladder.

Everything is in writing. Notices, delivery proofs, settlement terms and filings are recorded and shared with you. You always know where your matter stands.

How to start

  1. Book a free consultation. Send the invoices, order, delivery proof and the buyer's messages.
  2. Get an honest assessment: recoverable amount with interest, the right stage of the ladder, timeline and cost.
  3. If you proceed, an advocate is assigned and the notice is out within 24 hours. Nothing is paid upfront.
  4. Receive payment or a signed plan; or we file, appear and enforce.

FundRaksha recovers business-to-business payments only. We do not handle personal loans, consumer debt or EMI collections.

FAQ

Questions, answered

If the buyer is slow but communicating, start with Collect reminders and a payment mandate. If the buyer is silent, disputing without basis, or the invoice is more than 90 days overdue, go to Legal. The free consultation tells you which.
