FundRaksha for Business is the web app at trust.fundraksha.com/business, on the same account as the mobile app. A client can invite its CA or staff for free; CAs can switch between clients, import receivables from Tally, and run bulk GST checks on lists at 5 RP per GSTIN. Buyer reports (Advance GST 129 RP, GST + Financial 499 RP) are run per buyer as needed.
What a CA can do on Trust
- Switch between clients from one login, once each client has invited you.
- Bulk GST checks on a client's buyer or vendor list at 5 RP per GSTIN, to find cancelled, suspended or mismatched registrations.
- Import receivables from Tally, then see receivables and ageing and set credit limits.
- Run buyer reports on the buyers that matter: Advance GST (129 RP) or GST + Financial (499 RP).
- Watch key buyers at 99 RP per buyer per month for alerts on new defaulter reports.
Useful routines for a practice
| Routine | When | Trust feature |
|---|---|---|
| Vendor GSTIN check before claiming input credit | Monthly, before GSTR-3B | Bulk GST check |
| New-buyer check for a client | Before the first credit order | Advance GST or GST + Financial report |
| Receivables review | Monthly or quarterly | Tally import, ageing, credit limits |
| Overdue escalation | When a client asks for help | Follow-ups and legal notices |
The vendor-side check matters for your client's own input tax credit: credit depends on the supplier's invoice appearing in GSTR-2B, so a cancelled or non-filing vendor is worth finding early. See how to check a GST number is active.
Who pays, and how
Trust has no subscription. Each client's account holds a RakshaPoints wallet (₹1 = 1 RP), recharged from ₹1,000 to ₹1,00,000 at a time by UPI, card or net banking, with bonus points on larger recharges. Failed checks are refunded automatically and paid reports never expire. Live prices are on the pricing page.
Clients sign up with their GSTIN: an OTP goes to the GST-registered mobile or email and the business is verified from GST records. That keeps each client's data under its own account, with the CA invited in.
Worked example
A CA firm in Ahmedabad handles 40 textile and chemical clients. Before the monthly GSTR-3B cycle, it runs a bulk GST check on one client's 300 vendors (1,500 RP) and finds four cancelled registrations, which the client follows up before claiming credit. For another client, a dyes trader asked for ₹12 lakh of credit by a new Surat processor, the CA runs a GST + Financial report: "give credit with care". The client agrees 50% advance. See customer due diligence for MSMEs.
Advising clients on credit
Clients rarely ask their CA for a credit policy, but many need one. A short policy (no credit without a verified GSTIN, an Advance GST report on every new buyer, a GST + Financial report above a set amount, limits recorded and approved) can be run by the client's own staff on Trust, with the CA reviewing exceptions. See customer due diligence for MSMEs.
When a client's buyer defaults, the same account can send a payment follow-up or a lawyer-drafted legal notice, so the CA does not need to find a separate service for the first steps of recovery.
Data and consent
Trust fetches an owner's credit report only after the owner confirms consent, and stores the date, time and device. When running reports for a client, make sure the client understands this step and asks the buyer for consent in the normal course of the sale. Public data such as GST status and the filing record needs no consent.
