Your client relationship stays yours. FundRaksha does not offer audit, tax filing or advisory services, so there is no conflict with your practice.

How it works

  1. Get in touch through the contact page or WhatsApp. Tell us your firm name, membership or enrolment number and roughly how many clients you look after.
  2. Onboarding call: we walk you through Book and HR, agree how clients will be set up and share the referral fee terms in writing.
  3. Set up clients on Book or HR, or introduce them and let us do the setup.
  4. Refer recovery cases with the invoices, PO, delivery proof and messages. The client gets a free consultation and an honest view before anything starts.
  5. Track and get paid: we confirm each paid client and each recovery, and pay the referral fee as agreed.

Who it suits

  • CA firms with SME clients who bill in Excel or old desktop software and need GST-ready invoices.
  • Tax and GST practitioners who reconcile clients' books every month and want cleaner sales data.
  • Payroll and compliance consultants running PF and ESI for small employers.
  • Firms that see bad debts in audits: if a client's debtor ageing worries you, a recovery referral helps them and shows up in next year's numbers.

Example: a firm with 40 SME clients sets up 12 on FundRaksha Book and 5 on FundRaksha HR in a quarter, and refers 3 clients with buyers who have not paid for 6 months. Each paid Book or HR client and each recovered case earns the firm a referral fee under its agreed terms. The same clients receive the firm's co-branded GST update before every filing season.

Useful for your clients right now

Year-end is when these tools earn their keep. Share the Section 43B(h) year-end checklist, the GST year-end checklist, the MSME Form 1 due dates and the MSME delayed payments report with clients. Your own website can also carry our calculators free: see embed free tools.
